FlixBus: New budget way to Travel

If you had visited Europe, you would know that Flix Bus is a very accessible budget way to travel between cities in Europe.

Flix Bus started its USA operations on the west coast of U.S. in 2018, to provide an alternate long distance travel option. It had been expanding since. Flix Bus serves 2000+ locations in 28 countries currently.

Today after seeing steal deals for 0.99 cents on its new routes, I couldn’t stop myself from writing this post.

When you look further, and choose some dates, you can find some $0.99 deals, like the one shown below.

There is  $2 service fee to book the ticket

The first time I had used FLIX BUS, was at Thanksgiving time in 2018, when the return tickets from Las Vegas to Sanfrancisco for last minute travel was costing me more than 300$, with the best of the flight options, for the dates I was wanting to travel.

I was searching for alternate travel options, when I came across the Flixbus site and figured that, I could travel back to Sanfrancisco from Lasvegas for 45$.

The whole experience was mediocre, in terms of the seats not being super comfortable, but it was affordable and fell within my budget, specially for my last minute travel plans. If you want to check out their website, you can go here.

If you have any upcoming travel plans, and see this would fit your needs, I would recommend you to go for it. Specially for 3-4 Hours of travel distances, you can easily survive FLIX BUS, if you are a budget minded traveller.
